One of the few things that bind people together is the elementary joy of a good meal and a great glass of wine. Our experience tells us that culinary work brings people together and creates a great team spirit. Guests start off with wine tasting, where they taste great wines and talk about tasting techniques and basic wine theory. Hereafter they head into the kitchen, where the participants are divided into teams. When the meal is prepared and the “chefs” are seated around the beautiful long wooden table, taste the selected wines and get a brief introduction to the vineyards and districts, the feeling of satisfaction and joy easily spreads.
An experience and an introduction to sea kayaking with our 2 hour kayak trip with champagne on Amager Beach, sort of an exclusive picnic with a few maritime challgenges. The guests are sure to be surprised at how much fun kayaking is, and how competitive it can be. Of course it is under the expert guidance of an English speaking instructor/guide. This will be a great way to unwind after a day of meetings and conferences, and a good chance to get some fresh air and build up a healthy appetite before a dinner.
